The background has a beautiful blue background which is deepest at the top left corner as shown. The back is laminated with white lucite. The pendant measures about 1 3/8" by 1" by 3/8" thick. This fabulous vintage brooch is made of clear lucite. The lucite was reverse carved and painted by hand with a beautiful swan design. It has a black lucite background that really makes the design POP! The depth and dimension of the design is incredible and the colors and design reflect thoughout the clear lucite edges. We have never seen a carved lucite swan brooch before! Brooch measures 1 7/8" by 1 3/8" and is about 3/8" thick. This fabulous vintage brooch is made of a carved or molded vintage plastic in a gorgeous pink color. It has a detailed design of two love birds among the flowers and leaves. I love the pierced openwork design! The lovebirds were handpainted with enamel paint in colors of blue, red and white. Brooch measures almost 3" by 1 1/4". This gorgeous vintage brooch is made of bakelite in what I would call a beautiful pumpkin orange color. It tests positive to be bakelite and we guarantee it to be old. It was handcarved into a floral design....it reminds me of a magnolia flower. It is a large brooch and measures 3 1/2" by a little over 1 3/4". Very good vintage condition and when the clasp was attached, there is a tiny place where it was drilled though to the front (see photo on the right side). It was in the making. You will love this!!!
